Trinity's Extended Care program is a service offered to K - 8th TLS school families before and after school, and on early dismissal and selected days off from school (there is a link to our school calendar on the homepage). Unless specifically stated, the guidelines in effect during regular school hours apply to the Extended Care program.
Hours of Operation:
6:30am - 7:50am and 3:35pm - 6:00pm.
Students arriving before 7:50am will be charged for morning extended care. Those arriving after 7:50am may go directly to their classroom. Students not picked up by 3:35pm will be charged for afternoon extended care.
Any children found in or on the school premises during Extended Care hours and not in the company of a parent/guardian will be placed in the Extended Care program.
Parents may drop off students in the Multipurpose Room of our Education Center.
Parents are asked to sign out students at the Education Center. Once the receptionist has identified the parent, he/she may go to the classroom or where the child is during their scheduled time and sign the child out with the teacher.
Children will only be released to parents or persons designated by the parent on the Student's Emergency Information Form/Enrollment Form. (This information was given via RenWeb at time of enrollment). Students will only be released to individuals 18 years and older unless other parental permission is on file. Students will not be permitted to walk home or leave the premises without being signed out by a parent or guardian.
Staff members will ask parents and persons picking up children for identification until they become familiar with faces. We ask your cooperation and patience. Please know that our concern is for your child's safety. If a change needs to be made, we ask your cooperation in contacting the TLS Office immediately and making the changes online.
If for some reason someone other than those on the list will be picking up your child, please notify the School Office and Extended Care in writing (email is fine). This individual will be asked for identification upon arrival and will be processed through the RaptorWare system. A child will not be released to anyone not on the list without written notification. Please note that these measures help protect the students and are required by law.
