Extended Care Activities Keep Students Engaged in Learning...

Trinity Lutheran School Extended Care Program offers a safe and fun after school program designed to keep students focused on learning and interacting with other students. The Extended Care program is offered to students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 and is available before and after the school day, on early dismissals and selected days off from school. Students are supervised by caring Extended Care staff members.

Hours are: 6:30 - 7:45am and 3:15 - 6:00pm.

4:00-5:30 Enrichment Activities & Homework/Tutoring
5:30-6:00 Departure

Safe and Secure Care For Your Children
No child is released to anyone at the classroom. Parents must come to the Extended Care Office to pick-up their child and are required to sign-out. Children will not be permitted to walk home or leave the premises without being signed out by a parent or guardian.

Affordable Extended Care Fees
$15.00 Annual Registration (per child)
$5.00 per hour (or any part of an hour) per child

Each family will be billed for the previous month of care on their montly statement. Time will be rounded up to the quarter hour, minimum of 1 hour per day, if in Extended Care. There will be a 15 minute "grace period" immediately prior to and after official school hours. All students participating in extra-curricular activities will be placed into Extended Care 15 minutes after their activity has ended.

Required Forms
Whether or not families anticipate utilizing the Extended Care program, the following forms must be completed per State Licensing. There may be unanticipated times when you will need our care for your child, so this will help us assist you. Your cooperation in completing these forms is crucial to be certain that we meet all requirements asked of us by State Licensing. Any areas that do not applyto your family should be filled in with a simple "N/A."
