Trinity Update 10.13.23

● Mark your calendars now to attend two big events on Sunday, October 15th:

● Trinity’s annual Oktoberfest celebration from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm on the church campus. We’ll have brats and all the fixings prepared by our Holy Smokers, beer from St. Arnold’s Brewery, music provided by EON Brass, dominos and interactive games.

● Join the water balloon toss at noon

● The sale of raffle tickets ($2/each) which gives you a chance to throw a pie in the face of Pastor Dorn, Pastor Lonnie or Haley ends at 12:30 pm (See Pie Face Contest discussion below)

● The winner of the raffle will be announced at 1:00 pm. A big splat in the face of the “winning” staff member will follow immediately! 

● Stick around for a Concert Series presentation at 2:30pm featuring the Concordia-Irvine Orchestra under the direction of Jeff Held. 

● Volunteers are needed for Trinity’s annual Trunks ‘n’ Treats that is is coming up on Friday, October 27th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Education Center. Don’t miss Haley Davisson’s email with a list of specific opportunities to serve our community, and you may drop-off donations of candy at the marked boxes available around the campus.

Our goal is to raise $1,000, so we need to sell another 250 raffle tickets! Sales will be open on Sunday morning, stopping at 12:30 pm. Don’t miss the opportunity to express your love to Pastor Dorn, Pastor Lonnie and Haley!
