Trinity Downtown is a busy place this fall! Check out how you can participate:

● You have an opportunity to serve your neighbor by donating blood on Sunday. The Blood Center will be onsite from 8:00am until 12:30pm in Trinity’s Gym. You may schedule your appointment here, or just come to the Gym when you are available.

● Also this Sunday, Trinity’s Concert Series will be hosting an organ concert at 2:30 pm with Daryl Robinson. Mr. Robinson is an internationally-acclaimed organist who serves on the UH Moores School of Music faculty.

● Mark your calendars now to attend another Concert Series event on Sunday, October 15th at 2:30pm featuring the Concordia-Irvine Orchestra under the direction of Jeff Held.

● There is no charge for attending Trinity’s Concert Series events, so if you would like to help the Concert Series continue bringing world-class musical talent to Trinity, please consider a financial contribution by giving online here.

This Sunday at Trinity Downtown, we’ll be continuing our sermon series working our way through the book of 1st Samuel. We’ll be discussing how God spoke to Samuel for the first time, and how even as a child Samuel set an example of obedience that we can follow.

This Sunday’s worship folder can be found by clicking here. Our Scripture readings are:

1st Samuel 3:1-21

Philippians 1:12-14, 19-30

Matthew 20:1-16

You can watch the “live stream” of our Sunday morning worship service by clicking here. Of course, you may also participate by watching the “on demand” video of any of our previous services by clicking here.

Thankful to be your Pastor,

Michael Dorn
